I have a job that starts this coming Monday & finishes Tuesday in Los Angeles 90065, another job that starts and finishes in one day Wednesday in Redondo Beach, Thursday in Northridge, Friday in Los Angeles 90025. Start time 7am. Consider these jobs your interview, those that can’t show up on time, can’t show up with appropriate tools, can’t work an 8 hour physical day need not apply.

In addition, If you can demonstrate your ability to install repair sprinkler systems ( PVC Pipe, Sprinkler Heads, Valves, Timers, wiring, etc) and possess the basic tools (PVC cutter, Nipple Extractor, pliers, screw driver, wire cutter, wire Stripper, tape measure, torch, plumbers meter shut off wrench) you will get an immediate raise to $20 per hour.

In addition to that, If you can demonstrate your ability to do simple basic Copper Plumbing and possess the basic tools (Copper Pipe cutter, pipe cleaners, torch, plumbers meter shut off wrench, flux, solder, etc.) you get another immediate raise to $23 per hour.

Basically if you show me that you can do soil prep first and foremost, show me that you are more loyal to me than you are to anyone else on the team ( meaning if someone else is a slacker and not pulling their weight or taking advantage you aren’t afraid to tell that person and then not afraid to tell me ), demonstrate that you are a professional by being on time, reliable, with your tools and ready to just do your job, and then demonstrate that you have additional skills and possess the tools to perform those skills I would be a fool to not give you a raise and compensate you for a greater value.
